Event Dessert Planning FAQs
How many desserts will I need for my event?
We recommend 3-4 bite-sized desserts per guest if there is no accompanying cake. If you plan to serve a larger cake alongside mini desserts, we recommend 2-3 bite-sized desserts per guest.
Do you have Event Dessert Packages Available?
Yes, we offer three dessert packages!
#1 SWEET PARTY PACKAGE
- Serves 12-15 guests
- $100 plus tax
- Includes your choice of one whole 8" round cake
- Includes your choice of two dozen mini desserts bites
- Minimum one dozen mini desserts per flavor
#2 PREMIUM PARTY PACKAGE
- Serves 24-36 guests
- $180 plus tax
- Includes your choice of two whole 8" round cake
- Includes your choice of four dozen mini desserts bites
- Minimum one dozen mini desserts per flavor
#3 SWEET CELEBRATION PACKAGE
- Serves 48-84 guests
- $275 plus tax
- Includes your choice of four whole 8" round cake
- Includes your choice of six dozen mini desserts bites
- Minimum one dozen mini desserts per flavor
Can you provide custom desserts to match my event theme?
- We currently offer decorated sugar cookies that can be customized for your event for an added customization fee
- Please complete our Event Dessert Request Form if interested in customization
Should I order a Whole Dessert or Mini Desserts?
- Sample or bite size options allows guest to try a variety of flavors
- Estimate 3-4 small bite size desserts per guest if offering a dessert table
- Full single servings work well when the dessert is the "main event"
- Often bite size desserts are offered alongside one full sized dessert option - e.g., cookies and full birthday cake
Do you offer delivery and set up?
No, not at this time. We are currently a pick-up only operation where all orders placed must be picked up at our retail location at 3251 W Bay to Bay Blvd in Tampa.
How far in advance do I need to place my order?
The sooner, the better!
- We recommend placing your order at least one week prior to your event
- We have a minimum of 72 hours notice for all event dessert orders
- Depending on size of order - we may require additional lead time
Do you require advance payment for event dessert orders?
We require a 50% deposit immediately upon placing your event dessert order. The remaining 50% of the payment is due exactly one week prior to your order pick up date.
